Tranetech Software Solution is seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP to lead and manage complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP implementations, deep knowledge of core ERP modules, and strong leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for complex ERP implementations
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Establish and manage project schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, consultants, business analysts, and QA specialists
Assign tasks and manage team workload effectively
Conduct regular team meetings and ensure explicit communication channels
Mentor and guide team members on project requirements and best practices
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Conduct requirements gathering sessions and manage stakeholder expectations
Provide regular project status updates to clients and senior management
Address client concerns and manage change requests professionally
ERP Module Implementation:
Oversee implementation of core ERP modules including:
Human Resource Management System (HRMS) – Employee lifecycle, payroll, advantages, training
Finance & Accounting – General ledger, accounts payable/rec
