BASSETTI India is looking for a
French-speaking Business Development Executive
to support our expansion across French-speaking markets.

This role is focused on
outbound business development, client engagement, lead generation, and promoting our staffing & outsourcing capabilities
to international prospects.

What You’ll Do
Conduct daily outbound calls and outreach to French-speaking prospects.
Introduce and promote BASSETTI India’s staffing and outsourcing solutions.
Engage with prospective clients and understand their business and talent requirements.
Position our India-based talent pool and global delivery capabilities.
Generate, qualify, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, pipeline progress, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
Fluency in French is mandatory
, with good English communication skills.
Solid verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.




Comfortable with outbound calling and international client interactions.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
1–4 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, Staffing, Recruitment Sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
Candidates with solid French communication skills and high potential are also encouraged to apply.

Work Structure
Remote / Hybrid working model.
Flexible working hours with partial overlap with European time zones.
Part time: approximately 4–5 hours/day
or Full-time options available.
