The Breathing Room is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming Pilates Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging and well-structured Pilates classes for individuals and/or small groups
Provide clear instruction and demonstrate proper Pilates techniques and movements
Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs
Prioritize client safety, proper alignment, breathing, and mindful movement
Create a welcoming and positive experience for every client




Build strong relationships with clients and encourage consistent practice
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teaching environment
Communicate professionally with clients and the wider Breathing Room team
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions
Continue developing knowledge of Pilates, movement, anatomy, and related wellness practices

Requirements
Recognized Pilates teaching certification
Previous experience teaching Pilates
Strong understanding of Pilates principles, alignment, anatomy, and safe movement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, qualified, and approachable personality
Ability to work with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and experience
Reliable, punctual, and skilled
A genuine passion for helping people move, feel, and live better
