Job Summary:
The F&B; Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth and productive operation of the Food & Beverage department by delivering high standards of guest service, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining outlet standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires valuable product knowledge, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Welcome and greet guests warmly, professionally, and according to the property's service standards.
Assist in setting up and preparing the restaurant, bar, banquet, or other F&B; outlets before service.
Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and assist guests with recommendations when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while following established service standards.




Maintain a high level of guest interaction and ensure guest needs are addressed promptly.
Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond appropriately to requests.
Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, equipment, and work areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Develop a valuable understanding of the menu, ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
Handle special dietary requirements and communicate guest allergies or preferences accurately to the relevant departments.
Assist with suggestive selling and upselling of food, beverages, specials, and premium products.
Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
