Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly sales targets.
Train and motivate agents to improve productivity.
Identify new business prospects and expand the agency network.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and agents.
Maintain regular reports and achieve assigned business targets
Preferred candidate profile
15 years of experience in sales, insurance, BFSI, agency channel, or relationship management.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales and convincing abilities.
Comfortable in FOS
Candidates with experience in insurance agency recruitment will be preferred.
