We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Business Development to drive current corporate business, manage existing client relationships, and achieve business growth across Tamil Nadu.

The candidate should have valuable experience in corporate insurance sales/broking and preferably a strong network with HR Heads, CFOs, Finance Managers, Admin Heads, and other corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert qualified leads into corporate accounts.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct a minimum of 20 qualified corporate meetings per month.
Submit 6–8 proposals per month.
Acquire 2–3 recent corporate clients per month.
Manage existing corporate accounts and ensure timely renewal and retention.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with insurer partners and internal teams for proposals and business closure.




Participate in industry events, corporate meetings, and networking activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Travel across Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Namakkal, Trichy, Madurai, and other locations.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree is required.
5–10 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, insurance broking, employee benefits, group health insurance, or related B2B sales.
Strong corporate client network will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong business development and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
