Description
Business & Sales Management
Drive primary and secondary sales achievement as per budget and business objectives.
Develop monthly and weekly sales plans for assigned territories.
Allocate targets based on market potential and monitor execution.
Track business performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
Analyze ROI of promotional activities, sponsorships, and commercial investments.
Review secondary sales movement to minimize expiries, returns, and slow-moving inventory.
Customer & Account Management
Develop and execute account plans for key hospitals, corporate accounts, and KOLs.
Strengthen relationships with doctors, purchase departments, biomedical teams, pharmacies, distributors, stockists, and chemists.
Identify growth opportunities and improve customer engagement across assigned accounts.
Ensure optimum market coverage and execution of territory plans.
People Management
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 Key Account Managers.
Drive performance management through regular field coaching and review meetings.




Hire, retain, and engage high-performing talent.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for team members.
Manage vacant territories and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Business Planning & Analytics
Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance against targets.
Utilize sales automation tools and data analytics for business planning.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
Ensure effective reporting and compliance with organizational processes.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent.
MBA preferred.
Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a People Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Oncology sales is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing hospital business and leading diverse sales teams.
Solid exposure to key account management and institutional business.
Experience in driving sale
