Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch recent products.
Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and analyzing sales data.
