Role Description This is a full time, on-site Lead Generation & Cold Calling role based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through cold calling, online research, and other outreach methods. The team member will communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements, present company services, and schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.

Daily tasks include maintaining lead databases, updating CRM records, preparing brief reports on outreach activities,



and collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to refine lead generation strategies. The position requires consistent phone and email outreach, adherence to targets, and professional representation of SigmaIT’s services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in generating recent leads and managing lead generation activities.
- Ability to conduct focused market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling, follow-ups, and client interaction.
- Basic sales skills to qualify prospects, handle objections, and support conversion efforts.
- Comfort working with CRM tools or lead tracking software and maintaining accurate records.
- Good listening skills, resilience, and a target-driven approach to outreach.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
