What You Will Work On

Flutter, Dart, Performance, with state management, Async, Widgets across the wider stack.

What You Need

- 7-9 years with Flutter in production.
- Hands-on depth in Dart, Performance, enough to defend a decision you made in each, and name the one you rejected.
- Working familiarity with state management, Async, Widgets.
- You have led delivery across more than one person's work: setting the technical direction, reviewing it, and being answerable when it slipped.
- The ability to explain a technical decision to somebody who did not make it. Every round here includes it.
