? Hiring: Lead Data Engineer | 7+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our team and work on a critical data engineering project.

? Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Advanced T-SQL development
- SQL Server DBA activities
- Query optimization, indexing & performance tuning
- Data modelling – logical, physical and dimensional modelling
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Experience with Azure Data Platform services
- Robust understanding of ETL/ELT and data integration

? Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF and Azure services
- Develop complex and optimized T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions and database objects
- Perform SQL Server development, administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning




- Build data integration pipelines connecting multiple source and target systems
- Work with large volumes of structured and semi-structured data
- Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, data quality issues and production incidents
- Apply data modelling techniques for analytical and operational requirements
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and production deployments
- Work closely with developers, architects, QA and business stakeholders

Experience with Agile/Scrum, technical documentation, distributed teams and CI/CD/source-control tools such as Azure DevOps, Git or Bitbucket is what we look for.

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience with telemetry / time-series data
- Azure DevOps / Git / Bitbucket
- Experience working with changing source data structures
