Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lead – Corporate Services to manage the day-to-day administration, facilities, infrastructure and maintenance of our Hyderabad office.

The role will have a robust focus on facility and building management, technical maintenance, office infrastructure, utilities and vendor management, along with overall administration. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of building systems and maintenance and be comfortable coordinating with building management, vendors and internal teams to ensure the office operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Building Management

- Manage the overall day-to-day facility and building management of the office.
- Coordinate with building management, property management, landlord and external agencies for all building-related requirements.
- Manage and monitor BMS (Building Management System) and coordinate with the relevant teams for any issues.
- Handle and coordinate requirements related to electricity, DG, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lifts, water supply and other building services.
- Monitor power supply, DG operations, preventive maintenance and breakdowns.
- Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and facility-related issues.

Technical Maintenance & Infrastructure

- Oversee office repairs, maintenance and infrastructure requirements.
- Have a strong practical understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, carpentry and general technical maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Manage and monitor AMCs, service schedules and maintenance contracts.
- Identify maintenance requirements, coordinate with technical teams/vendors and ensure closure within timelines.
- Ensure office infrastructure, equipment and facilities remain operational and well maintained.

Administration & Workplace Management

- Manage overall office administration and workplace operations.
- Manage reception/front office, visitor management, meeting rooms and courier services.
- Supervise housekeeping, office boys, security and other support staff.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, canteen and refreshment facilities are maintained.
- Manage office inventory, consumables and assets.
- Support office events and employee facility requirements.

Vendor & Procurement Management

- Manage facility, maintenance, housekeeping, security and other service vendors.




- Obtain quotations, negotiate with vendors and monitor service quality.
- Ensure timely completion of vendor work and maintenance activities.
- Manage procurement of office equipment, supplies, maintenance materials and other facility requirements.
- Maintain records of vendors, contracts, AMCs and renewals.

Finance & Commercial Administration

- Manage petty cash and maintain proper supporting records.
- Handle invoices, bills and payment coordination with the Finance team.
- Verify vendor invoices against agreed services and quotations.
- Track facility-related expenses and recurring payments.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents.

Safety, Security & Compliance

- Manage office safety, security and fire-fighting systems.
- Coordinate fire safety checks, drills, inspections and maintenance.
- Ensure safety equipment and systems are maintained and serviced on time.
- Manage insurance requirements and timely renewals.
- Coordinate with building management on emergency preparedness and safety requirements.

Asset & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of office assets, equipment and inventory.
- Monitor asset movement, repairs, replacements and servicing.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.
- Ensure adequate availability of office and facility-related consumables.

Required Qualification & Skills

- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Administration, Facilities, Building Management or Corporate Services.
- Strong hands-on experience in facility management and office maintenance.
- Good understanding of BMS, electrical systems, DG, HVAC, plumbing, civil works and general building maintenance.
- Experience coordinating with building management/property management and technical vendors.
- Experience managing AMCs, maintenance contracts and facility vendors.
- Hands-on experience with petty cash, invoices, procurement and inventory management.
- Strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
- Presentable and skilled with the ability to create a valuable first impression.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take complete ownership of workplace operations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
