We are looking for a well-organized, self-starting lead commission analyst to join and be a critical part of our client services team. The ideal candidate is detail and service oriented with accounting and math skills. Essential tasks include preparing and processing commissions for payment.

- Commissions preparation and processing
- Meet processing deadlines with accuracy
- Commission Discrepancy Resolution
- Field and answer questions relating to commission payments
- Maintain payout grids
- Licensing and Contracting Research
- Liaison between advisors, relationship managers, and other team members.
- Research and understand the commission structure and processes for multiple insurance carriers and products
- Document and communicating carrier commission processes to team members and agents
- Gather and reviewing monthly commission statements for multiple insurance carriers
- Resolve agent commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs
