Gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) for new features and enhancements.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is groomed, prioritized, and transparent to all stakeholders.
Translate complex business and technical concepts into transparent, concise product requirements for engineering teams.
Execution & Delivery
Work closely with agile development teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QAs) throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) as the voice of the customer and business.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality payment solutions that meet defined requirements and performance metrics
