About the role

Reporting to the National Collections Manager and leading a team of 4, the Lead – ADU will drive the end-to-end disposal of repossessed properties across our portfolio. This means:

- Partnering with Regional and Zonal Managers to accelerate liquidation of SARFAESI-possessed assets
- Building and managing a network of channel partners, brokers, auction platforms and buyers to shorten the sale cycle




- Running structured disposal activities — auctions, private treaty sales, buyer outreach and property marketing
- Working hand-in-hand with Legal and Technical teams so that every valuation, notice, and sale follows due process without exception
- Maintaining clean, audit-ready records for every asset from possession to sale closure
- Tracking inventory ageing, recovery rates and turnaround time, and reporting on them with rigour

Who will do well here

- 5+ years in collections, recoveries or asset disposal in housing finance, NBFC or banking, with hands-on SARFAESI experience
- A strong understanding of property markets, valuation and the mechanics of auctions and property sales
- Someone who can build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders across regions, and hold them to timelines
- Disciplined about process and documentation — this role sits at the intersection of commercial pressure and regulatory scrutiny, and both matter
- Comfortable leading a small team and being measured on outcomes
