We are seeking a certified ServiceNow architect to hold technical authority across our ServiceNow practice. You will define the architecture every engagement is built against — instance strategy, data model, integration patterns, and governance — while staying close enough to the build to be accountable for what ships. The role spans pre-sales solutioning and delivery assurance across concurrent programmes in rail, EPC, manufacturing, agriculture, and fertilizers, and includes defining how Invariz's AI layer is architected onto ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Architecture: Own the target architecture across customer instances — data model, CSDM, scoped application strategy, workplace topology, and upgrade path.
- Integration Design: Define integration blueprints connecting ServiceNow with SAP S/4HANA, OEM platforms, and the Invariz AI layer using IntegrationHub, REST, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.
- Pre-Sales Solutioning: Partner with Sales on discovery, reference architectures, estimation, and technical RFP response — ensuring what is committed is deliverable.
- AI on Platform: Architect how AI agents and LLM-driven workflows are embedded into ServiceNow,



alongside the AI Product team.
- Technical Governance: Chair architecture review, set configuration and coding standards, own performance, security, and technical debt decisions.
- Capability Building: Mentor Delivery Leads and developers; build the practice's technical depth and certification pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills

- Certification : ServiceNow CTA or CMA required; CIS Specialist certifications with demonstrable architecture ownership considered in exceptional cases.
- Experience: 12+ years in IT, with 6+ years architecting ServiceNow at scale across multi-instance or large complex deployments.
- Platform Depth: Authoritative command of CMDB/CSDM, scoped applications, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Glide scripting, ACLs, and performance tuning.
- Enterprise Context: Proven experience integrating ServiceNow into complex ERP and OT landscapes.
- Judgement & Leadership: Able to make and defend build-vs-configure and reuse-vs-bespoke trade-offs at CXO level, and act as design authority across parallel programmes.
