Brainware University will be offering 55 UG, PG and Doctoral programmes to over 15,000 students in the coming session. There will be 500 plus faculties, 200 marketing persons, while another 300 will be working in administration, accounts, law, security and so on.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic legal practitioner as Law Officer

Eligibility and Experience -

- Master’s degree in Law with 55% is preferred
- Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in monitoring all legal affairs, especially vetting documents, contracts, and litigation; should be able to arrange the execution of an agreement.
- Experience as legal officer in educational organization will be given preference

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for internal and external legal issues
- Draft and review all documents of legal relevance, especially deeds, MoU, settlement paperwork, contracts etc.




- Scrutinize all property title and revenue records.
- Identify and mitigate issues

Essential Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent domain knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be aware of the amendments in Law and Acts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹4LPA - ₹6LPA, or more depending on candidature.
