Role Description The Landscape Architect – Gurugram (4+) role at CADD Emirates is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves developing landscape concepts and master plans, preparing detailed landscape designs, and coordinating planting plans for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

The Landscape

Architect will be responsible for producing drawings, specifications, and presentations, collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, and ensuring that designs align with local regulations, sustainability standards, and client requirements. Daily activities include site analysis, design development, coordination with consultants and contractors,



and support during project execution to maintain design quality and consistency. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders and participation in progress reviews to deliver landscape solutions that are functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Landscape Planning and Landscape Design, with the ability to translate project requirements into coherent and practical design proposals.
- Hands-on experience in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture, including site analysis, concept development, and detailed design documentation.
- Proficiency in creating Planting Plans, with sound knowledge of plant species, local climate conditions, and sustainable planting practices.
- Experience with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS tools) and strong visual presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Valuable understanding of local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards related to landscape projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors on-site.
- Attention to detail, strong time management abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site environment.
