Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for contract lifecycle processes
- Configure Icertis ICI components including templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
- Design end-to-end CLM processes for corporate contracts
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
- Ensure alignment of CLM solutions with business objectives and compliance needs
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-based delivery
- Provide functional guidance and best practices for CLM adoption

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience in CLM implementations
- Strong hands-on functional experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)




- Proven expertise in configuring contract templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes for corporate contracts
- Experience working closely with Legal, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Good-to-Have Skills

- Icertis Functional Consultant Certification (or equivalent)
- Functional exposure to SAP ecosystems (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience in large-scale global CLM transformation programs
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and governance processes
- Experience supporting post-go-live enhancements and continuous improvement
