Job Responsibilities
Acquire & onboard key merchants (shops/ businesses) Build robust merchant relationships Drive cross-selling Paytm products Ensure merchant retention & growth.
Eligibility Criteria Graduate (mandatory) Minimum - 2 year experience in Sales / Business Development Strong communication & negotiation skills Local area knowledge preferred.
Preferred Background
Experience in QR / POS / EDC / Banking Products Offline payments or field sales experience (Pinelabs, Phonepe, Banking POS experience preferred).
Salary & Benefits ₹32,500 - ₹50,000 In-hand (as per role/poster.
CTC up to ₹8 LPA PF + Medical + Incentives
