Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly aggressive Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in office at our Makarba office. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Consultant Marketing: Aggressively market our bench consultants to Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, and System Integrators in the US IT staffing market.
Relationship Management:



Build and maintain a strong network of vendor contacts and recruiters to ensure regular flow of requirements for our bench.
Portal Management: Actively utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and LinkedIn to identify C2C / contract opportunities.
Submission Track: Review job descriptions, evaluate client requirements, and submit suitable consultant profiles quickly to beat the competition.
Interview Coordination: Screen calls, prep bench consultants for vendor/client technical interviews, and follow up closely until the project is closed.
Rate Negotiation: Negotiate optimal hourly bill rates for contract placements while protecting company margins.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets consistently.
