About the Role
Delhivery is India's largest fully-integrated logistics platform by revenue as of Fiscal 2023. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our Sales team. In this role, you will work at the frontlines of our newly launched intra-city service line driving brand awareness, building B2B client relationships, generating leads, and supporting telecalling efforts that directly impact business growth.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact internship designed for individuals who are passionate about sales, logistics, and building businesses from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Market Positioning
Conduct B2B interactions with potential clients to introduce and position Delhivery's newly launched intra-city delivery service line.
Represent Delhivery's brand in the field, building awareness among local businesses, SMEs, and enterprises.
Understand the competitor landscape and communicate Delhivery's unique value proposition effectively.

Lead Generation, Telecalling & Sales




Drive app downloads and facilitate pricing demos with prospective business clients.
Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective businesses and existing leads.
Follow up with app download leads and interested prospects to drive activation and first-order conversion.
Qualify leads through telephonic interactions and schedule meetings or demos where required.
Document and maintain a pipeline of interested businesses using structured reporting formats.
Actively follow up with leads to convert prospects into active clients.
Re-engage inactive leads and customers to maximize conversions and repeat business.
Achieve daily and weekly telecalling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.

Business Development
Prospect and approach potential clients for domestic and intra-city logistics services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
