Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Solution Architect to drive Application Development and Modernization initiatives. The role involves engaging with clients to understand business challenges, assessing existing application landscapes, defining target-state architectures, and designing scalable, secure, and cloud-ready solutions. The Solution Architect will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Technology teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Discovery
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and target-state outcomes.
Conduct technical discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze existing application architecture and identify modernization opportunities.
Recommend technology solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Solution Architecture & Design
Design scalable, secure, and resilient applications using contemporary technologies such as .NET,



Java, Python, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Define end-to-end solution architecture covering application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers.
Apply DevSecOps principles including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security requirements.

Technical Solutioning
Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solution designs.
Prepare architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
Support effort estimation, sizing, technology selection, and cost optimization.
Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
