Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the IT sector.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, email, and field visits.
Meet corporate clients, banks, educational institutions, government organizations, and SMEs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Promote IT products and solutions including:




Networking & Wi-Fi Solutions
Firewall & Cybersecurity
CCTV & Surveillance
Servers & Storage
IT Infrastructure
Video Conferencing
IP PBX & Communication Solutions
Cloud & Email Solutions
Backup & Security Solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the technical team for solution design and implementation requirements.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales information in CRM/Excel.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, products, and customer requirements.
