Position: HR Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to manage and lead the Human Resources function of our college. The candidate will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching staff, along with managing HR operations, employee relations, documentation, and other HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruitment and be well-versed in using various job portals and hiring platforms to source quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle complete end-to-end recruitment for Teaching and Non-Teaching positions.
Recruit faculty for PUC, Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
Hire candidates for positions such as Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors, HODs, Academic Coordinators, Principals, Vice Principals, and other academic roles.
Handle recruitment for non-teaching departments including Admissions, Administration, HR, Accounts, Marketing, IT, Library, Operations, Support Staff,



Digital Team, etc.
Understand manpower requirements from Management, Principals, HODs, and Department Heads.
Prepare and post effective job descriptions and job advertisements.
Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the concerned department and Management.
Maintain a robust database and talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Handle offer negotiation, offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
