Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with senior recruiters and support the complete recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
Any graduate with valuable communication skills.
Strong interest in building a career in IT recruitment.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
