Key Responsibilities

* Assist in recruitment and selection activities.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

* Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.

* Communicate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.

* Assist with joining formalities and employee documentation.

* Maintain candidate and employee records.

* Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.

* Coordinate with the HR team to complete assigned tasks.

Eligibility

* MBA / PG / Any Degree

* Freshers are welcome.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work effectively in a team.
