Role Overview

YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - People Advisory Services to lead and grow our consulting practice focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM), Workforce Transformation, Employee Experience, and Enterprise Transformation Adoption. This leadership role combines client delivery ownership, executive advisory, solution development, presales support, and people leadership .

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale business and technology transformations, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, driving successful program outcomes, and supporting business growth through consulting-led sales and thought leadership.

The role requires a balance of strategic advisory expertise, hands-on delivery leadership, and market-facing engagement across ERP, Digital, AI, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory Transformation Leadership




Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and transformation sponsors on change, adoption, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide change management and people transformation strategies for complex business and technology programs.
Partner with client leadership teams to establish transformation visions, adoption roadmaps, and organizational readiness strategies.
Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder governance forums.
Advise clients on organizational design, leadership alignment, culture transformation, employee experience, and capability-building initiatives.
Delivery Leadership Program Management
Own end-to-end delivery of People Advisory and Change Management engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead multi-disciplinary consulting tea
