Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting doctors and customers, resolving queries, providing product support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide quick and effective solutions.
Assist doctors and customers with product/app-related queries.
Guide customers on product features and usage.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant team.




Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Follow defined support processes, response timelines, and daily productivity targets.
Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the management/product team.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good verbal and written communication.
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable handling calls and multiple customer queries.
Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, healthcare, technology, or B2B customer support.
Experience using CRM/helpd
