What Youll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and tools.
Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with engineers across teams to solve technical problems and deliver features.
Take ownership of projects from implementation through testing and deployment.
Continuously learn recent technologies and engineering best practices.

What Were Looking For

Required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Robust fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Python, Java, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
Demonstrated software development experience through personal projects, internships, research, hackathons, open-source contributions, or significant academic work.
Evidence of ownership, independent problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.




Familiarity with Git and up-to-date software development practices.

Preferred:
Active GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing meaningful software projects.
Experience building real-world software systems beyond coursework.
Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting.
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in programming competitions, hackathons, research, or other notable technical achievements.
Exposure to Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT, Robotics, Firmware, or related domains.
Understanding of software testing, CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, or similar engineering tools and practices.
