About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, brand communication, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective social media strategies.
Create and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
Plan content including posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
Write engaging captions and social media copy.
Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives.
Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
Research trends, competitors, hashtags, keywords, and new content opportunities.
Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement,



follower growth, clicks, and conversions.
Analyze performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain consistent branding across all social channels.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media trends.
Content planning, social media strategy, and content calendar management.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, and hashtags.
Familiarity with social media management/scheduling tools.
Basic Canva/design and paid advertising knowledge is an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications
0–4+ years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
Graduate / Bachelor’s degree.
Freshers with solid social media knowledge, creativity, and relevant project/internship experience are also welcome.
