Job Description

We are looking for a senior Client Servicing / Account Management professional to manage and grow relationships with large and strategic accounts.

This is a senior client-facing role for an individual who has a solid relationship mindset, understands client businesses and can build long-term partnerships while driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with large and strategic client accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives, challenges and business requirements and provide relevant solutions.
Drive client retention, repeat business and growth of existing accounts.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and increasing the share of business from existing clients.




Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client mandates.
Manage client expectations, escalations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Participate in client presentations, pitches and business development opportunities.
Monitor account revenues, profitability and overall account performance.
Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for long-term business growth.
Build solid relationships across internal functions and ensure effective coordination for delivery.

Candidate Profile
10 to 15 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management.
Experience in Advertising, Media, Experiential Marketing, Events, Brand Solutions or related industries preferred.
Proven experience managing large / strategic accounts.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
