Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and repeat business.
Maintain proper stock records and coordinate with the store/inventory team.
Promote recent products, offers, and company brands to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve product or order-related issues promptly.
