We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation including BRD, FRD, and FRS. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and end users.

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements.

Validate and prioritize requirements based on business objectives.
Documentation (BRD, FRD, FRS)

Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) outlining business objectives, scope, assumptions, and constraints.

Develop Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)



detailing system functionalities and expected behaviors.

Create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) with transparent acceptance criteria, use cases, and user stories.

Ensure documentation is explicit, complete, traceable, and aligned with business goals.

Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather and validate requirements.

Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and requirement changes.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
Solution Design & Support

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.

Participate in solution design discussions and provide business insights.
