About the Role

Studio 5 Design is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Executive Assistant to the Director. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director in day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities and ensuring smooth communication between the Director, internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate and follow up on meetings, projects, and key deadlines.
Handle emails, calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Director when required.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and organize important files, records, documents, and confidential information.




Coordinate with internal departments and ensure tasks assigned by the Director are followed up and completed on time.
Assist the Director in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Track pending tasks and provide regular updates and reminders to the Director.
Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, events, and business appointments.
Support the Director with MIS reports, data collection, documentation, and presentations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Director.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Gmail.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
