In your role: Youll be a senior voice on Scapias design team - setting the visual direction across our platforms, working closely with designers, and contributing to strategy conversations.
What youll do:
Set visual direction and raise the bar on design quality across the team
Partner with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to shape briefs and campaigns - not just execute them
Design compelling graphics for marketing and brand platforms
Bring a strategic point of view to campaign planning
Manage multiple projects,
balancing quality with rapid delivery
What youll bring:
5+ years in visual/graphic design
Solid Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator skills; After Effects/Rive a plus
Solid communication - comfortable pushing back and translating business goals into design decisions
A genuine passion for travel
