Good knowledge of ERP software and business processes.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP workflows.
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with users from different departments and understand their requirements.
Ability to coordinate effectively with ERP vendors and technical teams.
Knowledge of SQL/database concepts will be an added advantage.
