QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
MBBS from a recognised institution along with a postgraduate qualification in the relevant speciality: MD / MS / DNB or a recognised Diploma.
For super-speciality positions: DM / MCh / DrNB or an equivalent recognised super-speciality qualification or Fellowship in the relevant field.
Valid and current registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.
Experience: freshly qualified specialists are welcome for Consultant positions; five years or more of post-postgraduate experience is preferred for Senior Consultant and ten years or more for Head of Department level positions.
Willingness to commit to fixed evening OPD days and timings on a regular and punctual basis.
Doctors in government service, medical colleges or with an established daytime practice are welcome to apply, subject to the applicable permission or NOC.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Robust clinical acumen with up-to-date, evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication and empathetic patient-counselling skills; fluency in Hindi and English.
Ethical and transparent practice with rational prescribing and judicious use of investigations.
Team orientation and willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Comfort with EMR / HIS software, digital prescriptions and basic computer use.
Punctuality, dependability and a high standard of professional conduct.
