Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Rebar Detailer
with a minimum of
4 years of relevant experience in building construction projects
. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules, and rebar detailing drawings in accordance with structural drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
reinforcement/rebar shop drawings
based on structural and architectural drawings.
Prepare
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
and reinforcement schedules accurately.
Develop detailed drawings for
slabs, beams, columns, footings, walls, staircases, and other structural elements
.
Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, and detailing requirements.
Coordinate with structural engineers, design teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.




Ensure reinforcement detailing complies with approved structural drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes/standards.
Revise drawings based on engineering comments, site requirements, and design changes.
Check dimensions, bar sizes, spacing, laps, anchorage, development lengths, and other reinforcement details.
Coordinate with the site team to clarify rebar detailing and resolve drawing-related issues [remote]
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in
Civil Engineering
or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
4 years of relevant experience as a Rebar Detailer
, preferably in building construction projects.
Robust experience in reinforcement detailing for
building structures
.
Hands-on experience in
CADS RC and/or RebarCAD
is
mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of reinforcement detailing and
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
.
