Key Job Responsibilities
Oversee all structural and architectural engineering facets of MODULI’s modular construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with MODULI’s inhouse design methodology.
Facilitate proactive coordination among Sales, Production, and Site Installation teams, ensuring prompt and coherent communication across all functions.
Oversee quality assurance of structural and architectural outputs through independent review of analyses and CAD/BIM deliverables, ensuring compliance with safety standards and structural performance criteria.
Provide strategic leadership in articulating and aligning design intent across structural and architectural disciplines during both prefabrication and in office assembly, ensuring clarity, resolution of technical ambiguities, and optimized constructability.
Should have been worked in Engineering / Infra / Civil Industry.
