Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and customer acquisition for the company's financial products.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Generate leads through field visits, references, local networking, and other business-development activities.
Explain financial products, eligibility, perks, charges, documentation, and application processes to customers accurately.
Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage and guide field sales executives/telecallers to improve lead conversion and productivity.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.




Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, application processing, and disbursement/activation.
Track sales pipelines, customer follow-ups, and team performance through CRM/MIS.
Identify recent markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Ensure that all sales activities and customer communication follow company policies and applicable financial-services regulations.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
