Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who is curious, consistent, and excited to learn sales by doing.

You’ll support our sales pipeline by researching prospects, starting conversations, following up consistently, and booking qualified meetings-with transparent training, scripts, and guidance from day one.

This is an execution-focused role designed to help you build solid fundamentals in outbound sales.

What You'll Do
Research and build prospect lists aligned to our ICP
Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
Follow up consistently with prospects already in the pipeline
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
Book discovery calls
Maintain clean records of outreach and responses in CRM/tools
Learn and apply proven outreach scripts and messaging frameworks

Number of qualified meetings booked per week/month
Consistency in daily outreach activity
Quality of lead qualification
Follow-up discipline

What We're Looking for
Excellent spoken/written English
Good phone presence, make cold calls
