Job Summary

FIST Engineering Solution is seeking an experienced BIM Team Lead to lead BIM modeling teams, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure high-quality BIM outputs. The ideal candidate must have robust technical expertise in Revit, BIM coordination, team leadership, and project delivery

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM Modelers and oversee daily modeling activities.
Develop, review, and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and standards.
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models with multidisciplinary teams.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Ensure BIM models meet required LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards.
Review model accuracy, detailing, naming conventions, and BIM standards.
Create, modify, and manage Revit Families as per project requirements.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, and team productivity.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Modelers.
Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.




Support BIM Managers and Project Managers in project execution.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate and high-quality BIM models.

Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation and Family Management.
Solid experience with Navisworks Manage and clash coordination.
Hands-on experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 projects.
Valuable understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
Robust team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with GCC and Australian projects will be an advantage.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related field.
7+ years of relevant BIM experience, including experience in a Senior BIM Modeler or Team Lead role.
