Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job timings: 10:30pm to 7:30am (Night)

4:30am to 1:30pm (Early Morning)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support daily operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good communication skills, and the ability to manage data and email coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain data using Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting)
Prepare and update daily/weekly reports as required
Handle email communication and coordination via Outlook
Draft clear, professional, and error-free emails
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
Support operational workflows and ensure timely task completion
Identify and resolve basic issues through logical problem-solving
Maintain proper documentation and records





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Outlook and professional email drafting
Positive typing speed with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Basic problem-solving abilities
Valuable written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in back office or operations role (if applicable)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Team player with a proactive approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
