About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential students and institutional partners, generating leads, explaining our training programs, and converting prospects into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with students, working professionals, colleges, and institutions to understand their requirements.
Explain EdTech programs, courses, career opportunities, and placement support to prospective learners.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students and institutional partners.




Coordinate with the marketing, training, HR, and placement teams for lead conversion and student engagement.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Conduct or participate in college visits, seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions, and promotional activities.
Track competitor offerings and market trends in the EdTech and skill-development space.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue.
Support the team in developing new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Telecalling, or Counselling.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
