About the Role:

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into IT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
Create and maintain transparent, detailed documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs),



user stories, and use cases.
Identify and evaluate potential solutions to business problems, recommending the most suitable approaches.
Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Support the development and testing teams to ensure business requirements are being met.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training users on recent systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance business performance.
Monitor project progress and assist in project management activities.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the IT industry.
