Job Summary

We are looking for a Email Support Executive to join our customer support team in Hinjewadi, Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who are interested in customer service, email communication, and back-office operations.

The selected candidate will handle customer queries through email, provide accurate information, resolve routine issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email in a professional and timely manner
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
Follow standard processes and communication guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
Maintain accuracy while handling customer information




Meet assigned productivity and quality standards
Perform routine back-office and customer support activities
