About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager – International Recruitment (NON-IT) to manage global client accounts and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery. The role involves working closely with international stakeholders, leading recruitment teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality hiring across non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key international client accounts across NON-IT hiring domains

Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for international mandates

Act as the primary point of contact for global clients and stakeholders

Understand client requirements, workforce planning, and hiring timelines

Coordinate with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure delivery SLAs are met

Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and quality metrics

Mentor, guide, and develop team members for better performance





Ensure candidate readiness as per international hiring standards

Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices

Prepare regular MIS reports, hiring updates, and client communication

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Recruitment (NON-IT preferred)

Proven experience in client management and recruitment delivery

Strong understanding of global hiring processes and compliance basics

Experience in team handling, mentoring, and performance management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to international markets (Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc.)

Experience working with volume and niche hiring requirements

Knowledge of candidate readiness, documentation, and onboarding for international roles
