Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Spare Parts Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Junior Spare Parts

Coordinator will support daily spare parts operations, including processing parts orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in inventory management systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to identify required parts, confirm availability, and ensure timely dispatch. The coordinator will monitor stock levels, assist in reordering, and help manage documentation related to spare parts such as quotations, invoices, and service reports.



The position also includes handling customer queries about spare parts, supporting after-sales service, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction through responsive and organized support.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with customers, service teams, and internal departments.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Inventory Control and Parts Ordering skills to track stock, process orders, and support replenishment planning.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components used in packaging machinery is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with ERP or inventory management software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with diverse teams, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
