Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Sales

Meet sales targets and contribute to store sales growth

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions

- Customer Service:

Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints

Foster positive customer relationships

- Store Operations:

Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization & Shrinkage Control.
- Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent

(for Junior Sales Executives),

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (for Senior Sales Executives)

Experience: Previous retail experience preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment & Flexible to work in various shifts

Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
